Well, it has been a very different year on many accounts. Although it has been a year of turmoil and tragedy for many, there have been a couple of good outcomes and lessons learned in 2020.
One of the first things to become evident in the early days, was the sudden and very large increase in the number of people cooking and baking. In the early days, we saw up to 3 times the normal number of visitors as to RockRecipes.com.
Bread baking and old fashioned comfort food were among the most popular recipes of the year. It seemed everyone wanted the comfort of home in a trying time.
Despite the upturn in visitors and all the work that brings, we still managed to several dozen new recipes in the 2020. I hope you enjoy discovering or rediscovering our best new dishes of the year.
