Step 2 – Roast sesame seeds in preheat oven to 350°F for 4-5 minutes. Keep an eye on Sesame seeds. Let it be slightly brown, but not too much otherwise, and you will end up burning the sesame seeds.
Step 3 – Now, take out the seeds and let them cool down. Once all seeds seem to be at normal temperature, shift the seeds to a grinder jar.
Step 4 – You can grind the Sesame seeds finely and use them directly as a deep or Mix it with olive oil and make a smooth paste. Delicious Tahini is ready to serve.

That’s it?!!! LOL I thought it was a huge complicated process as well. This is fabulous! Thank you so much! I love hummus but it’s so expensive from the store for a tiny little tub of it that is really a snack for the two of that is gone in an evening. I want to make my own so I looked up recipes on Pinterest for hummus and saw your recipe for Tahini tucked in there and am SOOOO glad to find your blog.
