This Easy Keto Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cheesecake Dip is low carb and utterly divine!

I've never met a nut I didn't like.Well maybe chestnuts. I'm not fond of chestnuts. But every other nut in the world and I'm a fan.

But I have a two boys that have nut allergies. One is just with peanuts and the youngest is peanut and tree nuts. So I often never share any recipes that include nuts.

But on occasions I must. Because as I said, I'm a nut lover, as is my daughter and husband. And to help them not feel deprived either, I occasionally post recipes like the one today.

Heavenly! But seriously this No Bake Easy Cheesecake Dip is like a Fat Bomb recipe, but served in a bowl. Obviously you'll have to be very careful on overindulging, which can easily happen with something so delicious.

This keto cheesecake dip is heavenly because because it's just so decadent and indulgent. Upon that first bite you feel almost....sinful.....almost. 😉

It's not low fat by any means. More and more I'm making recipes on the higher fat side.

Why? Simply because I've learned in order to feel satisfied, I need fats in my meal. To eat only a serving, I need good fats to keep me satiated so I don't need or want to go back for more. IN fact having fat shouldn't be feared. When you eat low carb, high fat isn't an issue. I talked more about this in myKeto Diet versus Low Carb and my 6 Week results.

Of course the chocolate bars for dipping is completely optional. But I mean....why not, they are sugar free too!

Honestly this is the most satisfying dip I think I've ever made and posted about! As an afternoon snack, just a serving will make you happy.

Share with friends and even better so you won't be tempted to keep it all for yourself. It's definitely a crowd party pleaser!Seriously, you bring this to a friends house and no one will know it's sugar free!Go ahead. I dare you to test me out!

WARNING!! This is NOT a Low Fat Recipe!!! Must use moderation, but well worth the diligence for a delightful experience!

I started adding 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream, adding it at the end and then turning up my stand mixer to kind of "whip" it into a lighter texture. The last batch I made I used almond butter instead of peanut butter. I love both, and they both taste great. Thanks for the recipe, it's one of my "go to"s right now.

What's the brand of the chocolate bars pictured? I'm sure there are all sorts of great sugar-free chocolates. I've only had Lilly's, which is not my favorite.

You can use Dark Chocolate bars 85% or 90% very low in carbs.

Thank you for sharing your recipes.

I mix peanut butter with cream cheese and sweetener for a quick treat. It's similar to your recipe here.

I am sorry to say that for those of us who don't like stevia, this recipe does not change the dislike. I don't think there is a recipe out there that will make a difference.

Would this possibly work as a no bake cheesecake filling or does it not set up enough? Thank you for your time and all the delicious recipes you post! I also appreciate that you post the carb count too!

It's pretty similar to this recipe:https://www.sugarfreemom.com/recipes/no-bake-sugar-free-peanut-butter-cheesecake-mousse-pie-diabetic-friendly/

To save in the fat department, could powdered peanut butter (ie PB2) be used instead of the actual peanut butter?

    • Brenda

You probably could though I haven't tried it, not sure on how much or what the texture would be like.

    • Kristi

Just FYI, powdered peanut butter will have added sugar.

Hi Brenda!! Out of curiosity, what type of graham crackers and chocolate bars are pictured above??

FYI........Maria Emmerich has a wonderful low carb, choco covered, graham cracker pb sandwhich recipe that would compliment this dip WONDERFULLY!!!

Thnx for all of your guidance and great recipes 🙂

Those were just gluten free, nut free graham crackers my kids eat. The chocolate bars I like to use are the Lily's brand or Ghiradelli 85%.

Works well as a half-recipe, too! I used salted butter and my natural peanut butter has salt in it so I held off on adding the salt in the recipe. That was the right choice. It goes well with my dark ChocoPerfection. The celery idea seems weird, but I'm going to try it anyway 🙂 Thanks for the recipe.

Good to know, thanks! I love it with celery!

Do you have to use a stand mixer??

    • Brenda

You can use an electric mixer, by hand might be challenging.

This looks amazing! I love peanut butter and always missed it while I was doing WW. Now that I've switched to low-carb, I can have it again! (And I've been losing weight!) 😀

Added this recipe to my list of recipes to try soon!

what is the sweetening power of 1 tsp of your stevia? I have stevia glycerite but have never known what the sweetening power a tsp of it might be?

    Thanks in advance

The dip looks insanely good. I need to make this one night for our small group. I am curious if you could omit the butter to save a few calories. The texture might change but would the overall taste? Just wondered what you thought. It would be good on graham crackers too, although they might not be sugar free. Thanks!

Could you use almond butter instead?
