I had the opportunity to speak with one of the staff. His name was Jeff S. Not sure how to spell his last name. He was a wealth of knowledge. I appreciate the fact that he spent time with me answering all my questions.

Wow, just wow! We emailed K&W on a Monday evening to get an out-the-door cost on a Can-Am Commander. Literally, we had a response within minutes! We made a down payment over the phone Tuesday and let Jeff know that we would be there on Thursday to inspect and purchase. We drove across state, and when we arrived, the paperwork was complete, the Commander was polished, the warranty was better than expected, and Jeff answered all our questions, mechanical and otherwise. We have never been treated better at any type dealership, ever.

Jeff is my salesman and is extremely knowledgeable - very helpful & courteous at all times . Jeff answered all my questions and all transactions professionally. I liked working with Jeff and actually went back and bought my 2nd sea-doo from him! He was great! for anything else I need, I will be contacting Jeff & will refer my friends to him as well.

Have bought 2 completely different power sports items from here. Worked with Jeff on both, he is awesome knows everything he sells and does not over sell which I appreciate. I recently bought an OEM oil change kit, and it was competitively priced. Very happy with them and will always send anyone looking for any of their products there

Awesome selection of products and friendly staff. They have motorcycles, atv's, and waters port equipment. There is a wide selection of helmets to buy as well. I keep forgetting to ask if they carry racing fuel, because if they do, I will completely stay away from magic racing. Many times has K&W supplied something I needed that magic does not

Ive purchased a motorcyle from them. They gave me a great price and have had great service, had tires swaped out and did a nice job and had them done in a few hours.I've had a polaris rzr serviced here. I didn't purchase it here but they have done nice work In a timely matter. A+ so far

Bryan the sales rep there was outstanding from start to finish. I was that annoying customer that called and came in a few times to make sure I was getting a great deal. Bryan was very knowledgeable and helped me get my first ATV and I am very glad I did. Everyone there is also very friendly which made the process that much better.

I buy a lot of parts from k&W to keep my toys running tip top, and when I am there Kim Herman is my go to person at the parts dept. she will do what ever it takes for me to get what I need even if it is last minute. Thanks Kim for all your hard work and knowing your products. See you very soon.:)

Took my front motorcycle wheel and replacement tire in to get changed. They were very quick and fair priced. They also have a decent number of parts on stock, i was able pick up rear breaks for my bike there as well. The showroom is set up well and it was cool to look around while i waited for them to change and balance my tire.

Jeff was the best when I was surprising my husband with a new sled last winter. He helped me pick out the right sled that had everything my husband was looking for, and he played along the whole time when we came to pick it up. Even after our purchase he remembers us and talks to us every time we come in. Always asks how were doing and how our sleds are running, and is really great about answering our questions.Kim and Andrew at the parts counter are also just plain awesome. Even if we don't need anything we always stop back there to see them. Anytime we have gotten parts they always find just what were looking for and are pretty dead on about when the parts will be in.

Called in blind and Robbie answered the phone. I was so impressed with his professionalism that I called back the next day and bought a new Polaris Sportsman from them. I brought my bike in because it did not run correctly. Perry and Charlie were fantastic! They were very professional and helpful. I appreciate their knowledge and their professional behavior and as a result all of my future work will be done here. I returned a few weeks after this work and had my tires mounted and again, wonderful 5 star service. Thanks Perry, Charlie, and anyone else who helped me get my ZX12R back on the road! Nice work guys!

K & W Cycle brings the best experience in the tri-county area. This particular dealer works together as a team from sales, service or parts. They take advantage of each departments knowledge to better service the customer. The majority of my business has been with Kim in the parts department.

I'm new to snowmobiling and needed all of the clothing but didn't really know anything about this stuff. Aaron spent oven an hour with me explaining all the differences between the different helmets, jackets, pants, gloves and boots. Wow, these guys really know their stuff! Aaron made sure to get me the best gear and keep me within my budget. I'm really impressed with K&W as a whole. Everyone seems enthusiastic and genuinly excited about the stuff they sell.

I Recently purchased 4 Can-am ATV's Robbie was my sales person who was patient and spent a lot of time explaining features of all the different machines we were considering. The machines were delivered and K & W was so easy to work with they have great customer service and give you personalized attention. Since my purchase I have called to ask questions about the machines and received again great service. I have also made a few trips back to K &W since and Robbie greats me by name and makes sure that all of my needs are taking care of through out the departments. I must say dealing with k & W has been one of the most pleasant buying experiences I have experienced.

The overall experience at K&W has been great!!! Russ in the service area is the reason that I switch all my business over to this store. He was my mechanic at competitors location and does incredible work, so when I found out he was moving I decided to follow him I live in Fowlerville which is about an hour and a half ride each way, and I pass about four other powersports dealers, but because of the service and work that he does I decided to move along with him. Since then I have gotten to know Jeff in Sales and he has been great to work with as well. They all do a great job of following up and delivering on everything they commit to and it has been a sheer pleasure to work with the entire group. Russ is with out a doubt the most knowledgeable and the best mechanic that I have seen. I have now got some of my friends going to K&W as well and they agree it is worth it!!!Great Job to all of you and I will continue to refer your location to everyone I know.Jeff

I brought my bike in to have a new rear tire put on. I was in the middle of a long road trip and needed a tire that day. They were extremely accommodating and friendly. Charlie did a great job helping me out and was a great service rep!!
